Its worth noting that many of the nudity shots do not show Mia Farrow's face in Rosemary's baby. She could imply a body double but she has appeared naked in other movies. Mia disrobes early on in the movie to have sex with her husband (we do see her face) but its a distant and dark scene. Briefly one of her breasts captures the light coming through the window. Later comes a dream sequence starting on a boat but which ends with Mia being bound to an bed and impregnated in a Satanic ritual. During the sequence there are good clear shots of her breasts and bum.
